WTA年終賽／亞洲第二人　李娜殺進四強

李娜以6-2、6-1橫掃Victoria Azarenka，順利在白組出線，她也成為繼伊達公子後，第二位打進年終賽單打四強的亞洲選手。

1994年，來自日本的伊達公子曾晉級到準決賽，敗給當年冠軍Gabriela Sabatini ，李娜是睽違19年後，再度闖進單打四強的亞洲選手。

同時李娜也是中國第一位闖進年終賽單打四強的選手，她將與2011年冠軍、來自捷克的Petra Kvitova，捷克好手以6-7 （3）、6-2、6-3擊敗Angelique Kerber從紅組脫穎而出。

如果李娜再拿一場勝利，就能進一步改寫亞洲選手紀錄，也可能提升排名，但她說：「我不會去想紀錄，那都是媒體寫出來的，現在比賽還沒有結束。」

Azarenka此戰遭遇傷痛困擾，首盤打完第6局，背部明顯不適，之後一度請求醫療暫停，但情況未見改善，她一度眼眶泛淚。

賽後她談到傷勢，表示因當時發球力道過猛導致拉傷，醫生也告知短時間不可能復原，但想到下週沒有比賽，又基於尊重對手與球迷的考量，選擇忍痛完賽。

李娜也說：「受傷的問題是誰都無法預料，但我不會因為這樣沖淡勝利的喜悅，畢竟第三次打年終賽了，相信一年比一年更有經驗，很高興自己又往前邁進一步。」
