酒駕釀死無悔意 林務局前主任求重刑

【記者江丙瑞台東報導】前林務局成弁艇D任王專吉酒駕撞死吳姓兄妹案，台東地檢署依酒駕致死及肇事逃逸起訴，請求從重量刑。兩兄妹1日天出殯。

根據台東地檢署1日公布的起訴書，王專吉6月15日凌晨酒後駕駛自小客車，被警方發現後示意停車受檢，王專吉置之不理加速逃逸，在台東市開封橋南端撞上騎乘機車的吳姓兄妹，造成兩兄妹重傷不治，王專吉肇事後未下車察看、救護，自行駕車逃逸。

警方事後查獲王專吉，酒測酒精濃度每公升0.45毫克。檢方偵辦時，王專吉坦承酒後開車，但是否認肇事逃逸，辯稱因躲避警方查緝，所以將車停在遠處，走路回到現場察看，當時下雨，他不確定撞到什麼東西。

檢察官認為，王專吉事發至今尚未和家屬達成和解，且否認肇事逃逸，毫無悔意，請求法官從重量刑。

1日上午吳姓兄妹出殯，同學到場上香，舉起「血盛捷D」牌，要求警方公布真相，還原警車行車記錄器消失的1分22秒。2013/7/1
