〈獨家〉漏洞？韓團開唱10天才給訂　不讓你退

韓團SHINee MV：「幹嘛這麼認真。」

韓團SHINee暑假要來開唱，票價最高4千多元，但卻有粉絲投訴。粉絲Patty：「會覺得滿生氣的，就覺得歌迷的錢滿好賺的。」

8月演出，門票6月28日開賣，但搖滾區進場序號，卻要在7月24日才公布，萬一不滿意序號，扣掉不受理退票的假日，只剩8天，按照開演前10天不能退票規定，不能退，粉絲想找主辦單位申訴，卻不得其門而入。記者：「辦公室沒人嗎？」業者房東：「對，他進來時間不一定。」

網路上找不到電話，只有主辦單位公司地址，現場直擊卻沒有人在，粉絲懷疑公司有問題，求助無門，開演前10天不能退票，只能認賠，類似情況，今年4月也發生過。

過去就發生過韓團的拼盤演唱會，在開演前第11天賣票，等於買票隔天你就不能退錢，最貴一張票是5500元，臨時有事只能自認倒楣，但主辦單位表示，是因為合約簽訂臨時才這麼突然，粉絲荷包被吃死死。粉絲Patty：「就完全喪失退票機會，這對粉絲來講是不公平的。」

暑假幾乎每週都有韓團要來開唱，包括人氣最旺的少女時代，卻出現韓團售票吃粉絲豆腐的狀況，消保會則表示，業者有迂迴規避法規之嫌，如果跟消費者之間的認定出現疑義，那就必須要做出有利消費者的解釋，否則消費者可以選擇申訴，捍衛自己的權益。
