黃世銘洩密案結果出爐　檢評會建議撤職

檢察總長黃世銘因涉洩密監聽等案遭檢察官評鑑委員會調查，今(14)日上午委員會召開最後一次會議，下午也公布了最後的評鑑結果，最後檢評會決議將黃世銘報由法務部移送監察院，建議撤職。

檢評會今天將公佈的2件評鑑案結果，除了黃世銘及特偵組組長楊榮宗、檢察官鄭深元所涉洩密及監聽案外，還有台灣高檢署檢察長陳守煌、檢察官林秀濤的司法關說案。

針對黃世銘監聽洩密案，最後檢評會決議，黃世銘移送監院並建議撤職，楊榮宗、鄭深元則送監院建議申誡。

至於陳守煌、林秀濤部分，檢評會決議陳守煌報由法務部核處建議警告，林秀濤則由法務部交由檢察官人事評議委員會審議建議警告。
