教宗魅力大 羅馬拉美旅客激增

教宗方濟各（PopeFrancis）年初上任以來深受各界愛戴，並被美國「時代」雜誌選為今年的風雲人物。他也是最具魅力的旅遊代言人，今年拜訪羅馬的拉丁美洲旅客成長了20%。

方濟各是首位出身拉丁美洲的教宗，質樸親民的作風以及大刀闊斧的改革，獲得許多人推崇。

眾多中南美洲教徒千里迢迢來到位在羅馬境內的梵蒂岡，希望一睹教宗的風采，羅馬的旅遊協會統計，今年來自拉美的旅客較去年大幅成長了20%。

整體而言，到訪羅馬的旅客成長了5.32%，其中多數是外國旅客，羅馬旅遊協會表示，教宗方濟各的個人魅力是吸引旅客前來的主因之一。

耶誕節是義大利的觀光旺季之一，羅馬預估，這段期間到訪的旅客將成長3.81%。
