潛水多年也來分享一下， 中字輩碩士： 2002~2006 - power大廠(但我不是在power部門)，RD工程師，無限責任制 做過產線輪班(因產線人員不足)，待過一陣子大陸， 平均日工時14+小時，在台灣週末有時要加班(大陸禮拜六要上班)， 月薪從進去40k到離開43.5k，中間升過一職等加薪600， 股票最多一年領到4張 2006~2011 - 面板小貓廠，RD工程師，無限責任制，平均日工時11小時，週末爾而加班， 月薪從進去45k到離開62k(含簽約金)，無股票 2011~2012 - 新創立的小公司，經理(一人經理)，無限責任制，平均工時12+小時， 週末經常加班，月薪50k，沒賺錢所以沒分紅 2013~ - 半公家單位(非公務員)，固定工作量責任制，平均工時8~9小時， 月薪52k，做超過的工作量有多錢 算是暫時離開純科技業了，現在的工作月薪不高，但工時正常許多，也比較有時間 調養身體，也有更多額外時間做之前想做的事以及陪伴家人。每個人有不同的選擇，歡 喜甘願就好，只是我目前沒有想回科技業的念頭了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.15.250 ※ 編輯: khdo 來自: 61.231.15.250 (05/13 22:28)
