摘要：國民黨籍嘉義市議員張志成今天在市政總質詢中痛批國民黨副主席，嘉義市長黃敏惠備詢時屢次搶答，藐視議會，將黃敏惠請出議會。黃率所有市府官員一併離席，違反議事規則，張志成再批她公主病，黃敏惠在休息十分鐘後返回議會開會，表示尊重每位議員意見，自己只是盡力讓民眾了解市府作為，不是藐視議會。(20130521)
