馬硬起來常態護漁　「漁民在海巡在」

馬英九總統今天表示，漁民的生命安全不能靠別人的善意，要靠自己的實力，未來將盡量做到「哪裡有漁民，哪裡就有海巡」，採取常態性護漁策略，來保障漁民的權益；菲律賓射殺我漁民事件希望妥善處理趕快落幕，別因此影響台菲關係，而類似事件絕不允許再發生。

國民黨下午舉行中常會，邀請外交部長林永樂報告「廣大興28號」事件處理情況，身兼黨主席的馬英九裁示時做了上述表示。他也指示農委會與漁民多溝通，出海捕魚一定在合法範圍內，不要因誤入他國水域造成誤解，總之漁民的權益要保障，漁民生命要維護，這是政府基本的態度。

海巡署中機隊所屬的台中艦，日前出發到台菲爭議海域護漁。
