辛耘、松翰明天舉辦業績發表會

為使投資人暸解上市公司營運績效，提升資訊流通及透明度，證交所將於明天下午舉行「上市公司業績發表會」，邀請上市公司辛耘（3583）及松翰（5471）參加，並由公司出席代表親自向投資大眾與機構法人，說明財務業務情形及對未來前景的看法，期望能增進投資人對績優上市公司之瞭解。

辛耘業務包含半導體光電設備研發製造銷售、12吋晶圓再生及半導體光電設備代理，101年度營收為22.52億元，稅後淨利1.76億元，成長123%；松翰為國內消費性IC設計領導廠商，主要產品包括微控制器及影像多媒體IC，101年度營收為35.42億元，每股盈餘達3.2元。

上市公司業績發表會將邀請國內三大法人、四大基金暨一般法人及證券商人員參加，並開放媒體採訪，投資大眾可透過證交所網站同步收看「上市公司業績發表會」實況。
