駐法館處換房東 外交部研究

外交部長林永樂今天表示，有關中華郵政擬在法國購置房舍租給駐法代表處，這是初步構想，外交部與中華郵政已有聯繫。

林永樂上午赴立法院外交及國防委員會進行專案報告時，作上述表示。

中國國民黨籍立委林郁方質詢，駐法代表處現承租地點是法國歷史建物，因日劇「交響情人夢」及電影版取景出名，中華郵政董事長李紀珠計畫用郵政資金買樓租給外交部，應要考量承租建物的歷史元素。

林永樂表示，外交部與中華郵政已有聯繫，目前規劃屬於初步構想，要看下一步發展。駐法代表處是歷史建物，對駐法代表處非常有幫助。

此外，林永樂也說，中華郵政的壽險資金在海外置產有相關法規限制，外交部和中華郵政將再進一步研究是否可能突破。

媒體報導，李紀珠曾就運用壽險資金赴海外買樓，與前外交部長楊進添有過討論，李紀珠表示，中華郵政壽險資金可幫助外交部解決房舍問題，目前已在法國巴黎尋得2個標的，將擇一購買，作為駐法外館。

立法院財政委員會日前通過臨時提案，建議金管會開放保險業幫台灣買駐外館舍，當「外館」房東。
