求變更IP的方法

我家網路是用北健-北桃園的
我今天打電話過去問，客服說我家的是浮動ＩＰ，不是固定ＩＰ。
他還說不需要設定帳號密碼就能連上網，所以也沒有提供網路帳號密碼。

但是我不管重開數據機，分享器，電腦主機，網路線也試過別的孔，但ＩＰ依然是同樣的（網路線插數據機一個ＩＰ，換插分享器一個ＩＰ，換插ＷＩＦＩ的路由器一個ＩＰ，總共３個ＩＰ而已）

我家接法式，數據機（一孔）→分享器（４孔）→ＷＩＦＩ路由器（４孔）→電腦主機，這樣的接法主機ＩＰ是192.168.XX.X（我家是開機就會直接有網路）

我同學家（ＨＩＮＥＴ）開機後需要自己點網路連線才能上網（他有自己的網路帳號密碼），而他是只要點斷線，在點一次連線，ＩＰ就會換了。（←我就是想要這樣）

請求電腦高手幫幫我解決這個問題！
