轟！基隆火車站 陸橋垮下來…

基隆市連接仁愛、安樂與中山三區，跨越火車站的中山橋人行陸橋，昨天上午突然翻轉倒塌，經基隆市政府及台鐵緊急搶修，今日凌晨一時已恢復通車。一女子從橋上摔落，暫時失憶、輕微腦震盪。
