台菲調查團 明早分別出發

為了還原廣大興28號漁船遭攻擊事件真相，台菲雙方經過多日協商，目前已達成合作調查共識。法務部晚間證實，雙方將互派調查小組，分別在明天早上出發，我國調查團前往菲律賓，菲律賓調查團前往台灣，雙方將合作調查釐清真相。

法務部指出，菲律賓已同意我國調查團登船驗槍，也可檢視事發錄影資料、協助訊問涉案人員、檢視筆錄、航程紀錄等。至於我國對於菲律賓提出要相驗死者遺體無法同意外，其他菲國請求互助的調查事項，都會依據雙方討論情形以司法互請求書中確認內容進行，因此，菲國調查團一行八人抵台後，會安排到法務部法醫研究所、屏東地檢察署了解相關證據；菲方人員也將隨同我方人員登船檢驗，並到成功大學瞭解船跡紀錄及到刑事警察局做彈道檢驗。
