八里雙屍命案開庭 謝依涵向家屬道歉

台灣高等法院審理八里雙屍命案，死者陳進福夫婦的家屬質疑被告謝依涵沒有悔意，還污名化死者，謝依涵表示：說我沒有悔悟，如果可以把心剖出來那就簡單多了。另外，謝依涵還說，有人問我有抄經文嗎？難道經文多寡就代表悔悟有多少嗎？她做再多事也改變不了殺兩個人的事實，然後再度向死者家屬道歉。

八里雙屍命案今年二月爆發後，咖啡店長謝依涵杜撰故事扯老闆等人下水，審理期間又辯稱這是計中計，為了免死更說她與死者陳進福有不倫戀。一審認定，謝依涵謀財害命、手段兇殘，事後供詞反覆，惡性重大，而且性侵部分又死無對證，判處死刑，褫奪公權終身。案件上訴二審，目前正在台灣高等法院審理。
