二度彈劾黃世銘 提案監委撤案

監察院今天再度開會討論檢察總長黃世銘的彈劾案，不過由於與會監委認為調查報告不夠全面，提案監委決定撤回彈劾案，另外擇期再提。

黃世銘因向馬總統報告立法院長王金平和民進黨團總召柯建銘涉入司法關說案件，引發九月政爭僵局，黃世銘有因此涉入洩密等案遭起訴，監察院在11月28日第一次召開審查會，最後以5票對5票的票數，沒有通過彈劾案。今天再度開會，剛好湊足9位監委的開會人數，不過由於有監委認為報告不夠全面，提案監委最後決定撤回彈劾案，擇期再提。
