日月光4點30分送達意見陳述書

日月光公司副總周光春下午4點28分抵達高雄市環保局收發文處，送交日月光對這次汙染事件的意見陳述書，以及一封給局長陳金德的信。

周光春表示，日月光絕對有誠意改善，並在厚厚一疊意見陳述書中，提出改善計畫。至於陳述書的內容則不願多談。

給陳金德的信中提到，日月光深耕台灣卅年，十月一日事件是因為維修廠商誤闖鹽酸儲槽閥門，導致鹽酸水溢流，現場操作人員欠缺危機處理經驗。
